MCR is a racing car brand that originates from Brazil but now gets designed and manufactured in Wales. MCR race cars compete in the Sports 2000 Championship, and have various kit cars available for hire and purchase.
In 2009 MCR contacted Web Adept after finding their old website difficult to maintain. With the help of our proposed bespoke content management system for MCR we were able to provide them with a website solution that ticked all the boxes and more.
The new MCR website boasts a slick racing themed design that features a video stream of their car racing on the home page, a shopping cart facility to allow their driver’s to purchase parts from around the World, and also a news blog area to keep followers informed of race results and upcoming events.
Other key features on the MCR website include an image gallery and a secure shopping cart checkout area.
The MCR team have become keen bloggers since the launch of their website in late 2009 and can now update their website without hassle through their easy to use content management system. They often get positive feedback on how interactive they are with their website and have used their online platform to sell some kit car parts manufactured in their garage.
