R K Lucas & Son is a professional family business of surveyors, valuers, auctioneers and estate agents serving the whole of Pembrokeshire.

In 2010 RK Lucas commissioned Web Adept to develop their new website after their old website was outdated and limited them to control over updates to the online content.  As estate agents it was essential that the new website allowed RK Lucas the ability to add more properties to advertise to their demanding online market as and when they want to.

Web Adept developed a quality bespoke web design that reflected RK Lucas’ professional approach to their business practices.  The website is user friendly due to its various navigation functions.  A bespoke content management system and blog were developed to allow RK Lucas staff to update their own content so that timely information is delivered to their market whilst reducing their ongoing costs.  Web Adept also managed and integrated the new website via the Rightmove 3rd party estate agent software generated BLM files; enabling RK Lucas to achieve an unrivalled online service to customers.

Other key features of the new RK Lucas website include colour pdf downloads for all properties, details of local schools surrounding each property of interest, and easily arranged viewings or call back options for prospective purchasers.

Search engine optimisation is continually being carried out by the Web Adept marketing team to ensure that the RK Lucas website is found on the 1st page of major search engines such as Google for various popular online searches relating to estate agents in Pembrokeshire.  As a result of using Web Adept, RK Lucas have achieved an increase in online traffic, enquiries and more importantly sales.
